WHO ARE WE?

B-sthenos was established in 2020 by a community of calisthenics enthusiasts who wanted to improve their physical condition and develop social bonds through outdoor workouts.

Problem Statement

Mental Health Impact

The rising sedentary lifestyle among young people not only limits their physical activity but also contributes to growing mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression.

Rising Violence

In several Brussels neighborhoods, violence and drug use are becoming alarmingly common among younger generations.

What is calisthenics?

Calisthenics is based on body-weighted exercises that can be done anywhere.
