While the skill-based progression (Pass PRO, Lambda 1-5) certifies your technical mastery, the Pass Set&Reps certifies your physical endurance: completing a strict routine of 6 exercises within 7 minutes, with proper execution.
Each exercise has a target number of repetitions. A judge counts your null reps (those that don't meet the criteria) and adds a time penalty per null. Complete with zero nulls? You earn a −10 second bonus. Two levels are available — choose your challenge.

Common Rules
- Same routine and targets for all sexes
- Variant: women may perform the Muscle Up on rings; men must use the bar
- Exercises performed in strict order — no skipping
- Coach must be physically present (or live via video call)
- Each null repetition adds a time penalty (varies by exercise)
- Zero null repetitions across all 6 exercises → −10 second bonus
- Maximum 4 attempts per day
- QR code generated on STOP is valid for 10 minutes to be judged
