NEVER OFFLINE OG CONTEST
It’s been a week since the NeverOffline Set&Reps competition where Nadia and I, Eva, participated on behalf of Bsthenos.
This is the second competition I attended in Belgium and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere of motivation, the desire to practice our sport and the camaraderie were the stars of the evening.
In particular, I went knowing that my performance was not up to the level of my competitors, and it was not. However, the inspiration of seeing people like them gives me the strength to continue in this sport and try to do my best. In my opinion, participating in these events gives us the opportunity to show that this sport is not just for men.
Thanks to NeverOffline for participating in this event, and to all the participants for the atmosphere and the motivation you give us to fight and come back stronger and stronger. But most of all, thanks to the girls who participated and especially to the winners, without you it would not be the same.

Participating in this event was an absolute blast. It not only allowed me to push my limits but also connect with an amazing calisthenics community.
The competition was tougher than I expected. Yet, every move, every challenge conquered was incredibly rewarding.
Reflecting on the experience now, I can confidently say that participating in the Female Calisthenics Competition, organized by Never Offline, was an unforgettable adventure. It pushed me to new heights, both physically and mentally. It reminded me of the power of pushing through challenges and embracing the joy that comes with it. And, of course, it gave me the chance to connect with like-minded individuals who share the same passion for calisthenics.
The best part? The positive vibes from all the athletes made it all feel like a collective journey.
Step out of your comfort zone, challenge yourself, and embrace the community that surrounds you. The journey might be tough, but the rewards are immeasurable. Here’s to pushing boundaries and celebrating each other’s successes!
Keep training hard and never stop reaching for those bars—both the ones you hold onto and the ones you set for yourself.
Be strong, stay human.
Nadia.
